LOTUS SCHOOL OF YOGA
Please join us May - November 2013 in St George, Utah for this well-rounded Teacher Training. We will be meeting once a month at Downtown Yoga. This is a Yoga Alliance 200 hour certification. We will meet 7 times throughout the year, finishing the program in 6 months. Each session's schedule is Friday 9:30 am-6:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am -6 pm, and Sunday 8:30 am-6 pm with an hour lunch break.
The style is Hatha-Vinyasa focusing on alignment, qualities of the heart, breath and intelligent sequencing to support clarity in the whole being. It is based on setting up the teacher in training with a great foundation of the heart of yoga practice.
In every session, we will dive into asana, meditation, pranayama, and chanting. Each session will also offer:

Aug 2nd-4th~Bhagavad Gita, Foundations of Teaching, Elements of a Class
Sept 13th-15th~Adjustments, Demonstrations, Practicums, Special Populations
Oct 4th-6th~Sequencing, Themes, Languaging, Fundamentals of Ayurveda, Practicums/Videos
Nov 8th-10th ~Business Aspects, Ethics for Teachers, open-book exam, Practical Ayurveda
