Holistic Healing Yoga Sessions
Private sessions to holistically support your special physical needs/chronic ailments. In these sessions, the use of yoga asana with a deep connection to alignment/biomechanics, breath, and mindfulness techniques will be utilized to support you. There are times that Craniosacral work (CST) Ayurvedic techniques and habit science may be incorporated to support the wellness process as well.
(Those with injuries please check with your doctor/ physical therapist about doing yoga first, I am not a doctor or a physical therapist and don't have a license to diagnose). If you are seeing a physical therapist or another kind of doctor for your physical ailment it is super helpful if you share the program or what they are doing with you so that these sessions can support and work with what you are already doing.
