CORPORATE LESSONS
Before work, during lunch, or after work. Set up a time for an express class, usually 45min - 60 min. Employees stay on-site to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Improving productivity, enhances creativity, less stress, supports body feeling balanced, stronger energy, mental clarity, immunity are to name just a few benefits of practicing yoga. Some companies pay and in other places, it is the employees that pull a group together splitting the cost among themselves. Jen received "Best yoga to go" City Weekly 2012.
